....unfortunately, I can't tell whether or not my problem was resolved or not. I requested new SS card which cost nearly $100.00 and charged it to my AmEx card. I ran into a problem when you guys asked for the last 6 digits of my SS number. Your system failed to recognize those numbers and I had to select "another option". I did so and proceeded to the payment page where I paid with my AmEx card. I don't know ...how long I'll be waiting..., or ...if my transaction went through or not..., so I'm in a kind of 'limbo'.
