Very poor customer service, didn't allow me to reschedule the flight even before 8hrs. Asking me to contact directly with airlines whereas it's their duty to contact airlines and get the things done. Their policy says flight can be rescheduled only before 24hrs of departure, pathetic

During booking discount was applied and when payment time came the discount was not even considered and had to pay the full amount without discount. It's really bad when these kind of things happen. It really felt like the offer was just a scam😕

Similar to others, wish I read the reviews. This feels like a scam. I booked online (paid on my credit card!) then the next day got lots of emails and calls saying I need to talk to them. The rep said one leg of my flight was now just pending and I needed to pay £350 more. I cancelled it all and got a full refund. But beware.

I am always suspicious when a site has many top reviews with one short sentence on a 5 star review. Doesn't help that most of these reviews were from "customer". Sure enough, on booking I was phoned within minutes by an agent in India trying to upsell a different flight. Last time this happened to me with a different company it was for baggage costs for an airline that already included baggage. My advice, stay clear of this company. Read the other low reviews.

I applied a couple for free convince fee, but still got charged for convenience,
I tried to connect with support team , he talked me through but as soon as i told him about the issue, he disappeared.

Following a number of frustrating calls we are still having major issues with Ease My Trip refusing to provide specific booking information to allow us to go direct to British Airways for a cancellation refund.
Ease My Trip state British Airways offered less than 20% of the actual cost for original ticket and pushed very hard for me to accept this, which we refused.
Ease My Trip promised to recontact British Airways for a more acceptable refund but three weeks later and a number of emails to Ease My Trip to chase this up, Ease My Trip are not responding to my emails or telephone calls.
It is also worth knowing of the very poor reaction in notifying customer of flight cancellation. We had to contact Ease My Trip to ask if our flights had been cancelled two days after our friends (taking the same flight) had been informed by their service provider (Expedia).
I have left comments previously around the practice of Ease My Trip recontacting customers stating prices had increased by the airline carrier since a booking was originally taken (but not confirmed), I paid the extra cost but was contacted a second time to say airline prices had again risen before Ease My Trip could have my flights confirmed. When I requested a refund as no flights had been formally accepted by the Airline, miraculously Ease My Trip confirmed the flight!
I WILL KEEP READERS INFORMED AS TO HOW Ease My Trip manage this particular customer, but I would strongly suggest you think twice or at least be very aware of Ease My Trip practices.
