I use the Ease the Squeeze storage units. Any queries I have are always dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently either by phone, email or in person.
I have found all the people who work here most helpful. They will offer to help me carry or transfer items and go above and beyond to help with any other tasks.
Additionally, everyone dresses smartly and their uniforms help distinguish between staff and other customers.
The Office, toilet and other room are kept tidy and clean.
There is a nice ethos here and I have always found everyone to be very helpful, welcoming and trustworthy.
I feel at ease any time I visit and would highly recommend this local Ease the Squeeze facility.
