Very shady company

I asked my self why would a company sell an application so difficult and confusing. Answer was to sell a technical support service at 150% the application price. I paid $200 for a suite of utility programs. After my second chat support call, they offered me a 1 year support plan for $299. I hope other will read this review so as to avoid being cheated. This company does have some utilities which are useful and easy to use, but not so for their ToDo Backup and their PC Transfer.
