I bought a 2010 Honda pilot from easy…
I bought a 2010 Honda pilot from easy drive within 2 years I moved to Ohio they knew that. I paid my truck off May 10th of 2024 they said they would send me out my key well apparently they sent a manila envelope that never got a key put in it and now they're being very rude especially Linda. They said that there's nothing they can do about it since they said they sent the key out what can I do about this.

TERRIBLE company who we were passed to…
TERRIBLE company who we were passed to by Lemonaid for a NON FAULT accident to our car.
This took 7 month's to resolve. The body shop our car was sent to did a totally sub standard paint spray which we had to refuse. They then persisted in ringing me to return my hire car or ''they would call the police'' .. we have this all recorded and when we contacted the Financial Ombudsman they advised that this amounted to clear intimidation. Hold out and do not let this company take advantage with their meaningless threats. Very unprofessional. We did eventually get passed to a 2nd Complaints Manager (the 1st one went off on long term sick) who dealt with this much better though it still took far longer to resolve than it should have.

Easidrive replacement car for repairs
The experience we had with Easidrive was excellent when our daughter's car was in for repairs. Their communication and speed of response was very good and the car was in very good condition. The process was fairly seemless.

Excellent service from Easidrive. I was running late for arranged collection and the driver was very calming and patient. The courtesy car was different to my current vehicle and not only did they go through all the mandatory workings but I was able to go out on an accompanied drive until I felt confident. Friendly service who kept me updated and telephoned on the day of the hire to ensure I was satisfied.

Avoid this company at all costs
I would give this company zero star but unfortunately it doesn't let me.
Lemonade motor legal appointed this clown company to sort out my car hire after having a none fault accident 9 days ago. if you can avoid them then I would, they promise to ring you/change the car but nothing ever happens you have to chase them (not very professional is it). but they can text me asking me to review the company for them and ask me to sign another rental agreement.
I'm a driving instructor so I understand that it is a little bit more difficult to get a dual control vehicle, but they turned up in a bright yellow kia picanto as a replacement car. I've come from teaching my students to drive in a seat Ibiza which isn't a big car but not a Tonka toy like the picanto is (you wouldn't give a truck owner a car/small van to do deliveries in when they have had a crash would you!!!!!!!).
Since they have delivered this bag of s**t to me the insurance have said I cant claim for loss of earning because I have received a car even though it is not fit for purpose, I have had to cancel all my lessons because they don't know when my car will be fixed (apparently waiting for parts)

Good communication, car Sent out very promptly and was to a high standard two days after report of accident. Car repairs to high standard although garage took its time for repair to be completed. However just kept the hired car until job was done.

Nothing is straight forward.
I felt that I was re-iterating information numerous times...I also tried to convey my working arrangements, however these were dismissed. I understand that it's not always possible to accommodate circumstances but unfortunately, I have limited flexibility. This is not only limited to Easidrive, but customer service generally isn't what it was! Furthermore, another issue has arisen which I wasn't warned about, which requires further cooperation from me. Admittedly, this was unforeseen but I would have liked to have been made aware of the possibility.
