Mike and Lewis did a fantastic job on my guttering and fascia soffits. They explained every step of the procedure clearly. They showed me what was happening and cleared the area after the work taking everything away the price was very competitive. I know work was carried out on a great time. Great job fully recommend

Eastern Renovations have recently re.'felted' (though actually using high quality EPDM rubber which we were assured will last for decades) a flat roof at our house which had leaked badly because of heavy rain. Mike and his colleague Lewis worked with the utmost diligence and courtesy (in extremely hot conditions!) in completing this work which also involved the removal of the old felt, boards and trims and also the removal of roof tiles where necessary. Deadlines and quotes were kept to to the letter and the working area was left in an immaculate state. We were kept up to date with the work as it progressed in detailed terms so that we knew exactly what was being done. Mike also repointed our chimney and returned exactly as promised to waterproof the whole of the chimney with Storm Dry, again a high quality product as a masonry protection cream which will serve for many years.

Mike quickly dealt with a issue with our overflowing gutter, replaced clip and cleaned out the gutters. Took pictures before and after, very trustworthy and honest would definitely use Eastern Renovations again.

From the time Mike arrived to price the work and clean up another companys mess he was first class.
He could carry out all the work to start with do to the weather but when finished was well worth the wait highly recommend to carry out work on people's driveways.
