I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EASTFIELD MOTORS

i purchased a beautiful 2022 BMW X5 from Eastfield Motors, having had the car now for 3 months, the car has been amazing, Clint and Mark were absolutely brilliant from the first time i rang to the day i collected the vehicle, Their knowledge of cars is second to none, i had one small issue with a sensor last week which was sorted by my local garage through the Autoguard warranty they provided. i can't praise these guys enough, i would definitely highly recommend them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought our sons first car within hours of driving home 150 miles he got in it for it to brake down £500 bill, which we were told to use the warranty approved by them, 3,5 months later still waiting for the money. The garage is now demanding payment. Cutomer services rude and abrupt direct to the point.
Feel we have been lied too and fobbed off, if works were not approved I asked for the car to be given back to them but Client assured me works are approved and get garage to go ahead. Garage since fell out with warrnaty company and told me to sort it myself or go through FCA. What customer services is that after he offered he would pay it himself (lie). do not buy if you want to be ripped off. Cars are not checked at all before leaving forecourt so warranty is there for repairs in their eyes.

Now I am seeking legal advice on thid matter he is now back tracking it what he promised and obviously knew back in January we were not going to be paid for the works he authorised by email to me.
