How can this dealership give back a car in pieces and not fix the problem --went to another dealership and got my car FIXED--Eastgate FORD is the worst dealership around--the manager needs to get some people skills and Learn how to talk to people---Never again--I would rather drive to the Falls to get my car fixed then at Eastgate

NEVER BUY FROM EASTGATE FORD

NEVER BUY FROM EASTGATE FORD

I inquired about a red 2017 F150 with a 5L engine. Only 288000kms on it. It only needs an alignment, ball joints and parking brake shoes. Minor items. Brian responded via facebook marketplace They chose to sell it as-is for $15K instead of helping out their parts and service dept by using oem parts ti fix the truck and up the sales price. As a former ford parts advisor I am appauled they would be so cheap on their own product and not help out their fellow staff make money. This is a reply from the sales advisor:

“If we do a safety on it, we are responsible for it. I dont want to be responsible for it. It’s that simple”
