$50,000 and the battery dies daily!

The lady who sold me the vehicle was nice and helpful. However, the person they shunted me to for the paperwork and sales closure was aggressive, rude, and predatory. I wanted to pay for the car outright, not finance it. He was obviously upset that he wouldn't get his kickback from the financing company, and trapped me in his office for nearly 2 hours, becoming more and more aggressive as I kept turning down additional things he tried to charge me for. (one of many examples: the vehicle was advertised and priced as having tinted windows. He said I would have to pay an additional /$300 to keep the tinting that was already there. I declined, and they removed the tinting.) There were other features that were in the car when I viewed it, but had been taken out before it was delivered to me. I have driven it 7 times since purchase, and 5 of those times I've had to call CAA to boost the dead battery. When you pat $50,000 for a late model used vehicle, is it unreasonable to expect it to have a working battery? I will advise anyone I can to never do business with this company!
