Jordan was great to deal with to help with my missing package. I ordered a dress for an event this weekend. Since it wasn't going to get to me in time, I asked for a refund. Less than 20 minutes later and I received my refund.

Finally!! Great clothes at decent prices, and great customer service!
Finally!!! An online retailer with great clothes for the price, and even better customer service!! My first purchase was a blouse and a pair of jeans. They arrived quickly, and were great pieces - both cute/fashionable, and decent quality for the price I paid. I reached out to customer service with a minor concern, and I was impressed by how quickly they got back to me and helped to resolve my issue. (Sadly that type of customer service is just not there for a lot of online merchants). Jordan was the one that helped me, and she was great! So overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and have already went back for my 2nd order. Highly recommend — they make everything EASY ;)

I received a blouse with a seam closure problem. I contacted customer service, who responded within minutes. I was immediately issued a refund and asked whether I would like to keep the blouse. This is not your typical customer service, l remain a loyal customer.

The best customer support team on the planet!
Not only are the quality and styles of clothing awesome, but the customer support team is INCREDIBLE! Whoever is in charge of this department deserves a raise because this is literally the first time in my life that I've had immediate responses back (literally within seconds) to my inquiry of a post office/shipping issue AND they were pleasant, polite, and personable throughout the entire process (it took weeks to find out what happened to my package due to a major eff up by the USPS!).
Not ONCE was I ever addressed with an attitude or an immediate "no" to my inquiry. Instead, I was provided with sincere consideration and solutions to try and help me find out where my package was and/or they would allow me to cancel, if needed, for a full refund.
Ashley and Jordan are seriously top-notch employees and just great humans in general and I hope they are appreciated by Easy Clothes as much as their customers appreciate them!

Great clothes, quality, size charts are key for ordering the right size, but they are correct charts! They make it easy. I had a problem with an order and Jordan resolved it literally within minutes of me sending the email! Such a great experience!

Great customer service
Purchased two buttons from them and loved them. Purchased some jeans but having some issues with the mail and receiving my package, their customer service is great and very helpful and responsive, Jordan/ Ann has been so helpful and fixed my problem right away. I recommend this shop.

Absolutely amazing! Had some issues with the mailing system and the customer service team got it fixed asap for me! Love love love my items! Only bummer is I was getting a free tote bag with my order and didn’t receive it. Hopefully it’ll show up soon!

AMAZING
AMAZING! Within just SIX minutes of emailing about a mistake I made during my order, Olivia with Customer Service read my email, heard and appreciated my concerns, and resolved my problem. And then, she took the time to write a personal email back to me updating me on the resolution to make sure I knew I was taken care of. Absolutely, the BEST and most impressive customer service I've ever received!!! Now, in addition to telling people where I got my cute Amour sweater - and pretty new yellow sweater - I’ll also be telling people about how Easy Clothes truly values and take cares of their customers. Strong Chemical Smell
The belt and sweater I ordered were both as pictured but both had an awful chemical smell to them. The sweater still smells even after multiple washes. The quality is iffy for the price point as well. I will get good wear out of both pieces but neither will last several seasons.
