The three star rating concerns delivery…

The three star rating concerns delivery of our package. I had asked that it be sent via Canada Post but you shipped via Purolator. Yesterday I was not home and today I have to drive 30 km each way to Magog in order to retrieve my order. Had it been shipped via Canada Post it would ve been a five minute walk. I am therefore requesting that you reimburse the shipping cost

Ordering was smooth - delivery information not great

The web site is easy. Delivery period of two weeks within Quebec seems quite long. Also the email delivery notices from Purolator were not useful. I received one in late morning saying my product had been shipped. When I clicked on "tracking" it said it had been left at the door a couple of hours earlier, though I had not heard the door ring. I checked and the box was there, which is fortunate as our door gives right on the sidewalk, and the risk of unattended deliveries being stolen is large. I also received another delivery notice after 10 p.m. the night of the delivery!

Thanks for the feedback!
Our apologize for the 2 weeks in processing the order, Black Friday has been an enormous success for us, unfortunately some of our employees have been sick and some have left, which caused those delays.
As for the messages, we rely on Purolator to send the messages and indeed they have some delays in delivering the messages.
The latest message is on our site when we receive the delivery message from Purolator we update our system.

We are actually looking into integrating fully with Purolator to have less messages sent to the customers, but this projects has been delayed in order to have all our workforce dedicated for colis sending!

Found this site via a Google search looking for a product I couldn't find anywhere locally. Easy to order online. Delivered quickly, despite the flooding in B.C and in good condition. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is 5 emails in 2 days saying Thank you for your order, your payment, we've accepted your order and we're processing the order, shipping the order. Perhaps they could be combined and only 2 emails for payment and confirmation then shipping. Just a thought.🤷‍♀️

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. No one picks up the call or replies to email. I ordered a month ago and still not received it. Called 100 times at least but they never picked up. Sent emails but no response. I will never buy from them agin.

Great prices long wait

The products arrived well packaged and the prices were the best I had found. Like many others have said though shipping times was a little lengthy for me, but once it shipped I got it in a couple of days.
