We were all so impressed with the Aintree Branch showroom: great range of products, good quality, inspiring displays and clear pricing. Within our group we had two elderly parents (86 and 93) so it was a bit daunting at first but Stuart (Aintree Branch) was absolutely brilliant with us. He gave us time to look for ourselves and then gave us good advice and offered suggestions where appropriate. He was very patient and considerate with my parents which we all appreciated. His suggestions were often exactly what we wanted, for example, he suggested a mirror that was perfect. He provided a quote the same day along with plans and realistic photo designs of the bathroom. He was available on the phone to discuss any changes, payment etc and he really was vital in making this such a positive experience. The showroom is massive and a bit daunting at first but the sales staff bring it to life with the aim of getting exactly what you want. No pushy sales techniques, no slick patter; just honest, expert advice from a professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Bathrooms. Thank you Stuart.
