The staff on duty were very helpful and I managed to buy the towel holder quickly and efficiently although I had to wait a week for the item.

Aberystwyth showroom staff are 5 star.
Delivery was sub par with showroom unable to recieve delivery of a basin until the contracted couriers had twice delivered defective products.

Pavol was really helpful at the Aberystwyth branch. He was patient when i was asking so many questions but he was informative. Payment was easily addressed and other members of staff were helpful when i made a slight admentment! The choosen suite looks fantastic and i was really pleased with the plumber who installed it.

Swift, efficient delivery - would have been better still had the delivery driver informed me that he had dropped off the pallet outside. The tiles were there, unattended, for some time.

Great instore experience. Some parts were missing, contacted customer services who are useless. Missing parts arrived nearly 2 weeks after only to be damaged. Still waiting for new parts.

Knowledgeable salesman, good advice nice 3D drawing, delivered on time, had one faulty item and was replaced no quibble

Would have been 5star except the bath tap that i bought and paid for on the day that I ordered because there was only one left somehow 2days later became out of stock???

Staff very helpful

Staff were helpful, showing a good knowledge of the products that they were selling, how the prducts worked together, and what the finished build would look like, furthermore staff showed a good knowleddge of the company processes they needed to use to ordering and ship the products to me - the customer.
I am pleased that I chose Easy Bathrooms to supply what I needed to convert an old bathroom to a stylish shower room.

The installation ran smoothly and efficiently with all the different people coordinated perfectly so the job was actually completed a little ahead of schedule.Lovely installers totally trustworthy and very hard working.
