Good customer service

The quality of the products was excellent. The costumer service was really good, too. We received some broken tiles and as soon as we contacted, they were very quickly sorting everything out to replace them.

Sale staff was amazing, she went out her way to tell us that we could see the product in another store and would lose any commission as we wanted to see before we bought. We were so impressed with her customer service that we actually drove all the way back to her to buy from her and not at the other store!

Great service fast delivery

Kim from the Bracknell branch, was absolutely fantastic throughout the design process and ordering process, she was through knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the bathroom of our dreams. We couldn't be more greatful.

Very helpful staff and found the tap that complemented my basin. Could only give 4 stars as delivery on orders only comes twice a week.

It has good choice of products. I was able to order samples to match the colour against the cabinet units. Good service overall.

Kim was excellent and provided a great service. She listened to my requirements and came up with a brilliant plan to incorporate both a bath and a separate shower within my budget. She advised me on wall and floor tiles and the final result now that it has been fitted is amazing and just what we wanted!

Previous customers of Easy Bathrooms but both times shopping online. This time we were looking for a specific size and colours for a towel rail. We spent some time with Bruno in the Bracknell store discussing options and mentioned we already had an Eastbrook towel rail that we liked, he advised we could order Eastbrook via the store as a special order. We checked measurements at home and emailed the store with the type, size and colour. Kim quickly responded with a quote. We paid, requesting delivery some weeks later which Kim was happy to accommodate. The customer service here is excellent, we found Bruno and Kim to be patient, friendly and did what they said they would do. Will definitely use them again

Friendly professional staff. Good design input. Kept me well informed on deliveries. One item damaged but returned and replaced without a problem.

We designed and got our own installer but Bracknell EB were very helpful with advice and item/colour selection. Delivery was as promised, and helpful. It all works very well.
