From walking In showroom service was fantastic, really helpful, so pleased with our new bathroom.

All staff were very helpful. Extremely happy with everything that we purchased from the store. Delivery driver was very good. We would highly recommend this store they are all very knowledgeable.

Easy bathrooms Colchester, was a helpful, efficient & informative shop where we were able to find everything for our new luxury shower room. Gorgeous products along with knowledgeable staff, made it all run smoothly to a successful outcome. Looks amazing, & the shop kept in touch throughout the process. 😊💦🩵

Johnny dealt with our order and was helpful to suggest something for our cloakroom. The toilet we chose wasn't available so he helped us reorder. An unused panel was returned and refunded no problem.

Good display in the showroom, and good to be able to have a computerised view of the design. However a real negative was the delay in delivery. I was informed of day of delivery with a time frame of up to 6pm. When nothing arrived by late afternoon I contacted the store, and ascertained my delivery was not going to arrive on the scheduled day. It arrived early afternoon the following day. No consideration of the impact on the customer. Additionally I bought a wall hung vanity unit. The drawers did not close properly. My builder was able to adjust the runners so they fit better but not what you'd expect for a unit costing £100s.

Lee from the Colchester, Peartree Industrial estate was next level amazing! The CAD diagrams, advice in selecting a suite and even help when my tile choices didn't go to plan wad invaluable. I never felt pressurised and the comparable deals and offers I recieved were far superior to other outlets. I haven't recieved my order yet so can't comment on delivery or quality of fit etc but so far I am very pleased! Thanks Lee

My husband and I have just completed a full bathroom refurb. We can’t thank Easy Bathrooms at Stanway enough. Jonny looked after us from day one. Nothing was too much trouble. The products were of a high quality and value for money! Jonny was on the end of the phone and couldn’t do enough for us. The after care has been second to none! Although their products are sometimes more expensive than other shops like B&Q, the quality is usually better. Also their customer service is great. They are knowledgeable about their products and great for the personal touch.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. The mirror I purchased from them is now installed in our new bathroom and my husband & I are extremely pleased with it. We will certainly consider using Easy Bathrooms again in the future, when we refurbish our downstairs toilet.

Mark, in the Colchester branch of Easy Bathrooms was superb. The store itself has a huge range on display which itself is very helpful. Mark was very patient with our thoughts and ideas as to how best our bathroom would work and between us, we got there! He ensured our order was delivered in line with our builders work schedule. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Mark and Easy Bathrooms to anyone local to Colchester.
