Terrible customer service
Went to the Hayes store and was extremely disappointed with the customer service, the staff was too busy gossiping to even get up and ask why I was standing around looking their way for help, had to just walk out. Don't bother giving you're money here.

I visited the Hayes branch and saw Aleea
I visited the Hayes UB2 branch Showroom in Middlesex, London today with my Mother. It was a great experience, especially as we were greeted by a lovely employee by the name of Eleea. Her knowledge and expertise was on point and she came across so approachable and extremely knowledgeable about her trade. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient with me and I didn’t feel rushed.
She was with another customer when we first entered, but what I like was that she acknowledged us with a smile and hello and allowed us to roam the showroom whilst she became free.
She had a positive attitude and her passion for what she is doing really came through, she was really helpful in advising on what extras are needed when considering a bathroom
And the expense as well as the practical side of things like water proofing and mould proofing.
I felt I learned a lot about things I had never considered before. She explained it in a manner that any non trades person would be able to understand.
Thanks Aleea for all your time and sharing your knowledge with us today and letting us know about the full service Easy Bathrooms have to offer.
I would definitely recommend this showroom, with the key asset being this member of staff. Five stars for Aleea.

Great Customer Service
We recently worked with Andeep Singh for a bespoke bathroom design. From the very beginning, he took the time to carefully listen to our needs, preferences, and ideas, ensuring every detail was considered. We provided our room measurements, and he quickly came back with a design that not only made perfect use of the available space but also reflected our personal style and practical requirements.
The turnaround was impressively fast without compromising on quality or creativity. Andeep thoughtfully incorporated all the features we wanted, offering smart suggestions and solutions we hadn’t even thought of. The final design feels both functional and luxurious.
