The showroom staff in Milton Keynes are professional and friendly. They kept me informed and liaised with our fitters throughout.
Unfortunately my experience with their head office customer service dealing with a bathroom cabinet which was left-hand hinge only and unable to be altered was dreadful.
The item itself was perfect and unpacked on site ready for fitting, however as this was several days later the box had already been put in the skip and it was only when it came to be fitted we found the handedness was unable to be changed; nowhere on the website entry did it say the hinge was fixed or its handedness.

I requested to return for a refund or exchange it but it was refused on the grounds that the original box was damaged. The T&Cs are buried deep in the website, I offered to supply a suitable safe box and to return it to the shop but this was also refused.
Not even a restocking fee was offered (which I'd've probably accepted given that I'm now over £500 out of pocket for an item that I don't need).

Easy Bathrooms seem to be a good company overall, the showroom staff are great but they were let down by their customer services department when things didn't go to plan..

Excellent product but was let down by the delivery. Driver was supposed to drop at front door but he went to the wrong apartment block but as he had already dropped the tailgate he refused to deliver to correct location.

Store staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. The bath looks great. Not actually used it yet, but it gets sealed today.

Great gear for a decent price. Highly recommend fitting and try to steer all my customers here

Wanting to replace main bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and never having done so before we didn't really know where to start. From our first visit to the store we were guided through the whole process by Peter and given advice when we asked, there was no pressure selling. We made several visits before making our final decision. Whilst the bathroom was being fitted we changed our mind on a couple of things and were able to return them for a refund without any problems. We are extremely happy with the quality of the fitments and the price we paid. I have already recommended Easy Bathrooms to a friend. We mainly dealt with Peter but found all the staff very helpful and polite.
