Great service & speedy delivery

I wanted to buy some tiles that were on display. The tiles were 1m x1m so very large. I asked for 5 and was told as they had to be ordered in, I would have to pay a storage fee of £20 for them to be
kept in the store room until I picked them up a day later. The tiles were around £60 each and seemed unacceptable as they are on display to charge extra just for ordering some that they don’t keep in stock.

The products we bought were lovely, however, we are not plumbers and bought what we felt looked good, rather than what a plumber would be able to fit. Whilst the staff were nice, they did not appear to have any plumbing knowledge so were unable to advise is on standard fittings etc. This in turn caused our plumber problems when being fitted (we've used them before and they are fabulous so know this was not their excuse for difficult fitting).
Had we known this before, we might have considered going elsewhere for our purchases.

The people in the show rooms were great. Helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery side was a major let down. Items missing or faulty. Delayed the job adding a lot of stress, the central office was not helpful and didn't seem to care too much. The staff in the show room sorted the problems out and I can't praise them enough.

Great products but bathroom fitting knowledge and customer service could do with an upgrade
Still waiting for refund for unused products returned over a week now !!!!!
Lack of knowledge regarding fitting tiles to panels and ended up with having to order extra panels which put completion back by five days also said bench seating would be appropriate but bathroom fitters said they could not guarantee no leaks but had Easy Bathrooms known these thing then we would not have had to order extra and be charged for the seat they left on
Also had to complain regarding charge for bench seat as they want to take off our £200 voucher and pay the cost less this £200, very poor service but products are good

Fitting contractors were brilliant. Easy bathrooms delivery of the bathroom tiles was problematic and customer service could have been better. Fantastic quality materials and the end result still has unresolved issues but generally we have received almost what we paid for and now we are using the guarantee supplier agreement to finish the bathroom.

I had excellent service from Paul the assistant manager at the Plymouth outlet. He helped me with choosing my products and gave me very good advice on what would go best within my bathroom. The products from Easy Bathrooms is, in my opinion, of excellent quality.
