When I tried to return one item which was not usable, the return was denied due to the cover being broken.

Not easy at all!
I ordered some tiles from Easy Bathrooms but unfortunately, the sales person noted down the wrong colour, which wasn't realised until delivery (which took a week!). By this time, my tiler was in situ and ready to use them - only they had to returned, and it was going to take another 4 days to get the right colour. So had to request a refund and find another retailer with immediate availability. All rather stressful... Refund then took almost a month to process and had to keep chasing it! Therefore unlikely to use Easy Bathrooms again... (although some of the staff I spoke to were very nice and keen to help, especially the guy at the Petersfield store who worked hard to source me some extra tiles from a different order)
