Really helpful sales assistant, he spent a considerable time trying to source our request from another branch but for some ridiculous reason the inter-store intranet showed 'item unavailable'. When we got home and checked the internet there it was, at another branch. We bought it online, a great product which we're happy with, but I'd have much preferred to have bought it from our helpful assistant at Reading

So many areas for improvement
I sent some customers to you to choose their bathroom.
They felt pressured into signing up as they were told sale ends this weekend and i have another customer to see in 1 hours time.
Having signed up and sent me the details of what was on the order to check, no fitting details were supplied and therefore when things didn't match description ( ie. a 700mm showerscreen only good for a 680 gap) and a shower mixing valve that has a minimum of 1bar working pressure and therefore needing a negative head pump for it to be able to work. This lead to things needing to be changed only to have to deal with employees that are spinning the company line of, "You can't return things not stocked by us." Clearly not understanding the law of the Consumer Rights Act regarding being able to return products that are purchased unseen. Although this was sorted eventually with a call by them to customer services, it winds people up and I then have unhappy customers meaning I don't want to send any future clients to you.
