Unfortunately easy bathroom was anything but easy.
My customer ordered of 10number 600 x 1200 tiles basin unit and sink.

The sink and unit arrived ok.
However asking for 10 tiles to tile a small shower area started off with only 5 being ordered. Ok these things happen.
It took a further 2 weeks to sort the rest out during this time I was told another 2 times they were ready to collect. Another 2 wasted trips. So on all 3 times I planned to tile and 3 times I was let down. In total a waste of one working day having to reorganise.

I spoke to customer services for a reimbursement for my wasted time.
Of £300.
This was met albeit polite total refusal to take responsibility.
Stating there terms and conditions.
In all honesty if you want a hassle free supply of your bathroom go elsewhere.
The staff in branch are lovely but there back up if woefully inadequate

We only went in there to look at tiles, but then we saw a bathroom that we liked much more than our existing plans.

Nicola was particularly helpful. She designed the new en-suite bathroom, and managed to squeeze it all in, so we got everything we wanted, with no gaps or wasted space.

Now that it is installed, we are very pleased with it. It looks pretty much just like the 3D visualisation that Nicola did for the design.

Worst customer service we've ever received. Installation due to take 6-8 days took over 6weeks due to incorrect and forgotten delivery issues. No communication from the installation team or customer services. Over sold on some items. Promised refund if we returned them. 3 weeks later no refund despite repeated visits to store and communication with customer service. No response received to any complaints made either in store, by phone or email. Absolutely appalling. Wouldn't recommend.

I’ve used Easy Bathrooms twice now and on both occasions found them very helpful , patient and friendly. They stock. Huge range and have an impressive showroom.

Staff in the showroom were very helpful and communicative.

Item broken on initial delivery. It was outside the stated timeframe when we noticed. Had to buy a replacement, easy bathroom refused to replace.
A shower screen I ordered came without a part. I was told unfortunately you need to buy that part.
Another smaller order I placed wasn’t in the store when I went to pick it up. I had to make a second trip ( over an hour each way) to get it when it finally came in.
The quality of the stuff is really good, great choices and huge selection. The showrooms are very well laid out and great display. The delivery driver was great.
The issues arise if there’s any problem and you need the customer service. You’ll get nowhere and whst you save on the cost you’ll end up paying in the long run. Not really as reduced as they say

Kirsty and her team have the best approach when dealing with all matters, if they are small or huge.

Having originally had 4 bathrooms, tiles and accessories all done at one time; Kirsty was excellent with every aspect of this huge order.

Just recently we had a problem with a small part of the shower unit; Kirsty and her team sorted it out with no fuss, no back and forth questions. Even when the wrong item was sent, Kirsty was on the phone explaining the reason and her next steps to get it right; even replying to my email when she was on holiday.

Highly recommend Kirsty and her team and will definitely return in the future.
