Competitive prices & Wide range of coins
When I want to exchange some coins I go to Bestchange site and compare the sites with best prices and good reviews. EasyBit has been my number one option for more than a year. They have very wide range of available coins to exchange to and from, its commission is reasonable, nicely done design, the whole exchange processing time is no more than 10 minutes and the most important thing is that they show you from the start exactly how much you're gonna get after the exchange is done. I didn't face any problems so I don't know how does the support handle tickets. and I hope that the conversion prices are slightly better

Requested Passport to complete transaction
I processed 3 transactions with them. On the 4th transaction, they randomly withheld my 5,000 USDC and stopped the exchange - requiring me to register on their website and provide a passport. I refused to provide a passport and requested a refund (the refund was not an option they gave, but I asked anyway). They had to submit a refund "request to their senior team," which they said could take 2-6 hours. They refunded my USDC, minus $2.50, which EasyBit still owes me.
Edit: They have since disabled my account - take screenshots of your transaction so you can verify your review with EasyBit.

Our system flagged your order according to its risk assessment criteria. In the direction of upholding the highest security standards, you were requested to validate your account.
Our support agents responded within minutes to your request, and as soon as you refused to validate your account, we issued a refund!
Regarding the difference you noticed is a standard fee applied by the network and wallet provider to process the payout transaction. Different networks have different blockchain fees. While we were unable to locate your order without further details, please note that every refund we process includes a blockchain fee to cover the payout transfer charged by our wallet provider.
EasyBit does not charge any fees for processing refunds — the deduction is solely due to network costs.
