Easy Blinds were great, so helpful and service was so quick in terms of them coming out out to measure etc. and show the various materials. Turn around time wasn't that long either. They have completed our outdoor space so that our deck can now be used during the colder, wet winter months - we love them and how easy it is to use them!

Lost my item
Still waiting for my refund for the blinds as their couriers lost the parcel. The blinds were meant to arrive on overnight delivery but never did. We had to schedule to work from home to wait for the parcel and were promised multiple dates. Had to chase both them and Aramex to find out what happened to the blinds - nobody cared where the blinds were until the couriers declared they "lost" the blinds. Easy blinds offered to remake the blinds but I refuse to give them my business due to the poor communication as I had to keep hounding them to get an answer. I will never recommend this to anyone - just engage someone else who will care if the product actually gets delivered. Their refund takes 5 business days according to Youngshin and this is the fifth day. I still HAVE to chase them to get my money back.

I bought a custom made slat aluminium…
I bought a custom made slat aluminium venetian blind from this company for our main bedroom ensuite bathroom window. We keep the blind closed most of the time due to our double-story house neighbours being able to look right into the bathroom if it is drawn up. On Saturday night 9 September 2023 one of the two plastic brackets - supplied with the blind - that attaches to the top (timber) part of the internal window frame, and which the blind itself attaches to, broke when I was pulling on the cord to raise the blind up. The blind is less than four years old and I contacted Easy Blinds Sales the next day to ask for a replacement bracket. I was willing to pay for it even though their guarantee is 5 years on this particular product. They gave me the run-around and took an unreasonable amount of time to send me the replacements (by this stage I had decided to buy 4 so that I would have stock of them should one or more break again at a future date). After even e-mailing them a photo of the broken plastic bracket, and them telling me they were searching for a matching replacement, I was very frustrated and angry when I received the parcel on 20 September 2023 and found out that they had sent me 4METAL brackets which I did not order, and that the blind does not fit onto. So now I still have a broken blind that I cannot put back up, and, I have spent $25 on metal brackets that do not fit the blind, and which I can do nothing with. I have complained ... SILENCE! I am preparing a Disputes Tribunal Claim against Easy Blinds. I would suggest you get it in writing before your buy any blind product/s from them that they guarantee being able to honour the Consumer Guarantees Act by stocking replacement spares for the guarantee period of the product you want to order from them. The kick in the teeth with this experience is that the woman and man I dealt with through e-mail both misled and deceived me by failing to ever let me know that they were not able to supply me with matching plastic brackets and they instead unilaterally decided to just send me metal brackets. I was also very offended that they did not disclose openly and honestly, and, that they wrote "brackets for venetian blinds" on the invoice. Worse still, Easy Blinds falsely claimed in an e-mail to me in response to my complaint about receiving the metal brackets; "We have actually never used plastic brackets at least last 10 years." They also implied that I may not have bought my blind from them ... after I had provided them with reference numbers and other information that is irrefutable evidence that I did order and receive it from them.
UPDATED ON 7 MAY 2024:
Easy Blinds eventually replied to my review on 21 Mar 2024 saying: "Hello Lee Mylie I'm going to check out what went on and reply." I've heard nothing further, and honestly given my horrible experiences with this company I did not expect to. I have been very unwell for over a year, my health worsening with the passage of time, and last month was admitted to hospital 3 times while also being diagnosed with 2 tumors on my hyperparathyroid glands. My dear husband had to take over all my household and other duties, and consequently neither of us were in a position to even think about the Easy Blinds problem much less do anything more about it. On Sunday afternoon past I used our bathroom and in order to open the window I pulled - with my husband's and my normal gentle movement - on the rope that opens and closes the blind. After Easy Blinds had blatantly lied about not supplying the two plastic brackets that came with the blind, and which we used to attach the blind inside the wooden window frame, my husband had - in desperation - glued the broken plastic bracket pieces complained about together. Apparently the glue gave way and the blind came crashing down, hitting me on my left leg and both feet, and causing immediate pain. The repaired plastic pieces were later picked up by my husband off the bathroom floor. There is absolutely NO question that the blind made by Easy Blinds was sent to us with the 2 plastic brackets. My health is improving slowly and once it is restored to the point where I can once again focus on this matter I will be applying to the Disputes Tribunal for a full refund of the cost of the blind, including postage for delivering it to our address, plus the cost of having to pay for replacement brackets which turned out to be metal and did not fit our blind including postage, plus fair and reasonable compensation for breaching the relevant consumer laws, misleading and deceiving us, and lying blatantly about the brackets provided with the blind originally. I will also be claiming for the cost of a new blind to replace the Easy Blinds blind which cannot be re-fitted because of the plastic vs metal bracket problem.

Bad service, will not recommend
The curtains turned out great and looked the part, how ever the service was shocking, the time it took to make them was longer than quoted, the guy who installed them did not clean after he put the curtain rail up and dust got all over the curtains, on one side of the curtain the stitch came out, on the web page it says %100 gaurentee, I rung up and complained, I got the run around from the older Asian lady working there saying they don't have a builder at the moment to fix the dust and we will not keep fixing your curtains if the stitch keeps coming out, she said once they have a builder she will fix this, she never ever got back to me, the curtains were only 2 weeks old when this happened, not good service at all, I would never use this company again and would not recommend.

Excellent at advising, fitting and accommodating our renovations…
Easy Blinds were excellent at advising and fitting blinds to our church and community building in Pt Chev. They gave us expert advice on colour, style and the type of blind that would suit each window best, and worked around our other renovations. A 5 star service at a great price!! Would definitely use again and highly recommend :-)

One very happy customer
This was my first time ordering blinds from this company but it was honestly the best experience ever. I was very anxious as the whole ordering process was done online but once my blinds went up, I just couldn't wait to show all my friends and family. They're easy to deal with, communication was excellent and their products are made from good quality materials but didn't break the bank. Thank you guys, I will most definitely be back to order more blinds and will most certainly recommend you to everyone I know.

Honestly, we struggled so much with this company it was a nightmare. It cost us over $700 more than we expected to pay to fix the blinds, and now we're buying curtains anyway because they are still awful - they're so poorly made and expensive!
We ordered blackout blinds and installed them, only to find that there was a huge 3cm gap down the side where the light came through. The blind could move left to right in the window, it fit on the bracket but the big gap meant we weren't sleeping. The company blamed us (but it turns out, they will always have the gap if you order inside the frame) so I reordered bigger blinds and got the original blinds cut down to size to fit our other windows at huge expense. Then, 2 of our blinds fell apart, the company lost our order so when we drove the 45 minutes to pick them up and they made us wait for 2 hours while they made new ones. They installed the wrong chains, so they had to come back and fix them twice because they kept falling off the roll (the blinds are literally just taped to the roll. That was their fix, some masking tape). They cut the blinds wrong, installed holes in our window frame twice, and then head to take them away and cut them down again because they didn't fit. And now, they are so wonky that they still let light in, so we're buying curtains anyway! Such a waste of money, I would absolutely order from somewhere else. It was a shambles, and even now the trimmings on the blinds keep falling off (the little end caps just constantly come out). Priya, from their customer service team, was really lovely and helpful, but I would never order again.

Easy Blinds are awesome
Easy Blinds are awesome. This is my 10th house now in 2 years and they have been excellent every time.
This last house a blind was damaged by the courier and when I went back to Easy Blinds they took care of everything. They have taken it up with the courier themselves and have replaced the damaged blind.
They made it their problem and not mine. Yet the courier was at fault damaging the blinds.
Will be using them many more times going forward. Nothing but great things to say.
