Enquired about a new door on a Wednesday I then ordered the door the same day and by Friday it got delivered. Excellent service and the door was in excellent condition like I was told . Would definitely recommend to use this company again . Thank you.

I purchased this item in good faith from your company as in NEW condition , opened the package and have gone to fit the part today to my car and it is second hand not as described, which has now delayed the repair of my vehicle.

You have sold goods by misleading representation.

I will give you 72 hours from today to accept my claim for a full refund of £42.99 the cost via Paypal as per the original payment.

If you require this old part back you will pay at your cost to return the item to you via your courier, this is non negotiable as you have wasted my time.

If I do not hear from you within the 72 hours I will take further action against via Paypal

First of all, don't write stupid messages wasting your time. If there is an issue let us know we will look into it. Yes I agree there has been an error on it showed as new and we have to check with onbuy what's the reason for that. But you are acting as you know the world of law and were you blind? Didn't you see on the photos its a used part and it states on the title 2013 and on the description its say year again and the mileage the car has done. where was your intelligence? However I have very little time to deal with people like you send it back for a refund

I paid this company £1600 for an engine which turned out to be an older model than was suitable for my car. I returned the engine for a refund but thanks to the transport company I missed the 30 day deadline for returns and they didn't want to refund me anyway. The dumb transport comany (against my wishes) delivered late so now this supplier has my money and my engine.
