Terrible, I lost many photos. Asked for my money back and they offered me more product instead of refund. Very disheartening.

Horrible spent 3 hours waiting for the program to do it's thing, only to find out after that it will only remove 10 files... DON'T TRUST THEM

Genuinely a complete piece of trash, this is what I get for trusting the first search for "duplicate finder" on google. I tried to find some duplicates on my external 4TB hard drive, just wanted to check a 70gb folder, but it looked like it was going to take ages so I decided to stop the scan the way it should be stopped, stop the program and delete the software.

As soon as this is over my external drive starts having tons of issues and eventually just stops being readable, honestly I hope this company gets destroyed and burnt to the ground. I can't even repair it, I tried with my macs but its useless. They can't even mount anymore.

What a joke of a software.

Terrible! It did not do what it was supposed to do, and it did a lot of things that it SHOULDN'T have done, and I ended up having to call tech support to get it fixed. It was an absolute waste of money and I really hope they give me the refund I asked for after having to uninstall it the same day I paid for it.

I have used this to remove duplicates. All my duplicate photos are still there. The duplicate musics are still there, rather some single musics without duplicates were removed. I have started from the scratch to rebuild my music library. This product is not good. If they refund my money, it is OK but if they do not return my money, I do not care. Guys, please do not waist your money

Purchased on Sunday February 7, 2021 to minimize duplicate files on Google Drive. Was unable to link/access Google Drive sign in. Submitted a ticket. Tried to access ticket update, using email and the ticket number they emailed me (Support Ticket Opened [#115175]). Won't let me find status of ticket. Awful software and support. Had used this product unhappily a few years ago, thought I'd give it another chance as I needed such a program. Still not a good app. Crashed repeatedly then worked for a while before crashing at 92% of completion. Hope I can get a refund.

I bought this product online as a special promotion including easy duplicate finder, duplicate photo, and shields up, and paid $49.95 U.S., can't get it to work properly and put in trouble logs with no satisfaction, must be a scam. I had really hoped this would help me get rid of a lot of duplicate photos, guess none of these folks can be trusted. Will go to my card company and have them go after this company.

are u other commenters kidding me no one decided to mention that u can only delete several duplicates before u have to buy the full version after waiting over an hour for it to finish scanning I was strong armed to buy full version or right off my wasted time 0 stars if it was possible

Expensive crap - missed hundreds of duplicates that other free tools found. No refunds either.

I found this app after searching for hours for an app that was accurate and easy to use. I read several reviews and still wound up purchasing Easy Duplicate Finder as it was the fastest and most accurate duplicate finder and had so many tools to manage the duplicates I could find. My boss and I tested many different apps before deciding to keep Easy Duplicate Finder. I highly recommend this program and their support team is terrific to work with!

I recommend "Duplicate Files Deleter", it finds duplicate files and delete them. Its amazingly fast and user friendly

very unethical removal process - refuses to let you remove - makes it look as though you can not - dirty programming - dirty practices - this program and the company that created it should be banned from the internet - unless you are certain you are going to spend the insane amount of money they want for a program that should be 1/4 the cost and that you get cheaper and free alternatives for, don't install this companies products. #dirtyduplicatefinder

This is the BEST program to delete duplicate files. Not cheap, but worth the money.

This is my favourite duplicate finder. I use it on my PC and Mac and I love it. Very fast, reliable and easy to use.
