Do not use ever ever ever!

Same thing as with all the other “customers” commenting here. Luckily I noticed the larger unapproved charge of my card within minutes of it being put through so I have blocked my card and requested refund from my bank - will see if they give it to me. In other words scam, I hope google takes them down.

Got my refund

I had the same issue withtbr company. Noticed that I got charged on my euro account and then saw that was already the second month that I paid for the services I used one time when attaching my credit card.
But I messaged them yesterday and they got back to me today saying that the refund had been issued which I'm very thankful for!
It's our fault that we don't pay attention to the subscription details and stay subscribed.

Scam company

Scam company. Charged 50 cents to convert a file and then take 47.9 euro without permission from my card. They do not respond to any messages. Will dispute the amount from the bank and report this site. I had the money in my prepaid card to send to my niece abroad for her birthday :(

Avoid using it

I have created an account on 28th July for a one-time quick file conversion, which I eventually didn't proceeded with and after that date, my credit card was constantly being charged without any intermediate notification, although I haven’t use any services at all.
I sent them email asking for refund but haven't got any no answer at all, even after a few reminders. I would rather contact the bank for advice on further actions. Please anyone also advice.

SCAMMERS

I can't believe I fell into it!! I usually read the reviews before using a new app or website, however I used their services to converted only one pdf for 0.50cents since I really needed the file, but then after 2 days I realized that they charged me another 47.50 euros without my authorization. I wrote an email and nobody replied so made a long distance phone call and the lady who spoke to me just told me that she can't do any refund or changes into her system because "I'm a new customer", and she said that I have to email them again. I sent another 5 different emails and nobody replied at all. THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE I'VE EVER SEEN IN INTERNET AND WE SHOULD TRY TO FIND IUT HOW TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.

However, your last payment has been refunded. A scam do not use M

Beware of these Scammers.

My daughter used this company’s service in September to convert her Leaving Cert results to a pdf document. She was applying to an international university and the deadline was drawing close so when she found that this company’s website only charged €0.50 for a pdf conversion, she paid for the service using her debit card and received the document by email immediately. It was a very fast and efficient service and she sent the pdf with her application form and we thought no more about it. However, in November, she noticed that €47.90 was taken from her current account and on further investigation she found Easyfiles had taken €47.90 in October also. She found the website and rang the number which does not exist so she emailed them requesting a refund. The reply from Nathalie was nasty, curt and put the blame firmly onto the customer (my daughter). She was told that the original purchase of €0.50 included a 24 hour free trial of their service with access to their entire suite of over 200 software compatible document conversions. They advised that if the free trial is not cancelled within 24 hours, they subscribe customers to their service for a monthly subscription cost of €47.90. Nathalie advised that she has unsubscribed us from their service and refunded €47.90 immediately. We sent another email then requesting the second €47.90 payment that was fraudulently withdrawn from my daughter’s account. We had to explain that the only payment that was consented to was the original €0.50 and not the subscription service. We didn’t agree to any terms or conditions for a subscription service and had to threaten legal action. Nathalie then replied to this email advising us of our refund. This company is likely operating illegally and definitely operating dishonestly. We’re not the first ones to be scammed and if you’re reading this review we’re definitely not the last. Easyfiles prey on those who need file conversions in a hurry and vulnerable broke students. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
