Something very fish about this site.
I bought two pairs of shoes for my friend and they are both at least 2 sizes too large.
Their website says I can take the shoes back to any Pavers store for a refund/exchange. To be on the safe side, I called my local Pavers store to confirm, explaining I'd bought them on the EasyFit site.
When I got there, the pavers store manager had never heard of the easyfit website and they refused the exchange. She said the person who spoke to me must have thought I said 'Pavers'. But I checked the EasyFit site the next day to make sure I wasn't going mad and when I confirmed it said Pvers store would accept, I called my local shop again and asked if they take returns from the EasyFit site. They said 'Yes!'. I explained what happened and then they said 'oh no, I've never heard of that site'. Grief! Wasted 2 hours and £30 in taxis fees.
I tried to contact EasyFit via their site, but ALL LINKS/FORMS AND EMAILs are forwarded to Pavers and they deny knowledge of the relationship (despite stocking EasyFit shoes).
I'm still investigating (as are they), but at the moment it looks like I'm not getting my money back or a replacement.
Something very fishy is going on here.
