My elderly mum has swollen feet & ankles and these shoes fit her perfectly

The order wasdealt with promptly howevee it was then lost by the courier. Having been told about the non delivery the firm replaced the order swiftly and efficiently.

The sandals I had ordered for my mum themselves are lovely. The disappointing part of the service was the no understanding that due to a medical condition she needed additional extended straps. I had emailed the customer service directly explaining this need and was told they could be purchased in store only. Unfortunately this was not the case as only 3 basic colours are available and not the right width. This is the first company selling shoes for people needing a wider fit due to specific medical needs that were not willing to help find a solutions. It feels that they were less important. For this reason I’m extremely disappointed with the aftercare service.

I ordered these slippers for mum. She has very swollen feet. The slippers are perfect. Good support and a proper non- slip sole. They also look good. Fab!

Easy to make the order with prompt delivery .Unfortunately as they did not fit I had to return them which was also easy to do.

Once over the initial newness I now enjoy wearing my Easy fi t lace up shoes and fully recommend them ..

Items were in a sale. Stock was running out in ware house, but the company sourced exactly the right items from their high street stores. They kept me informed and delivery was swift. Easy fit boots are well made and they tend to stand up to hiking and even garden work. They come in a very wide toe box that will accommodate bunions and allow the toes to spread and feel much healthier. They also look good.

I paid extra for rapid, next day delivery and free returns. Next day delivery did not happen and it took the time advised for free delivery. As the product was discounted significantly and is proving very comfortable I chose not to request a refund.

Wow - after posting this review I have received an apology and refund of the postage. Thank you - 5 star customer service. I will use Easyfit again as I have just worn the boots for 5 days in a row and they are so comfortable. Many thanks
