I purchased what was described as Clarks sneakers on 6/6/23. The amount charged on my credit card was almost $7 higher than what the confirmation showed. The shipping process was extremely slow and after 2 weeks, the shoes were still in customs in Italy. I emailed to complain about the overcharge which they determined was a "system error". They did credit back the overcharge and expedited the shipping. The shoes arrived on 6/30/23 and are at least a size too large. There are no markings in the shoe to indicate the actual size and they are clearly not made by Clarks. I sent an email to inquire about returning the shoes but I'm not optimistic that this will be resolved to my satisfaction. I truly regret ever placing this order!

Shoes ordered 6/1 have still not arrived as of 6/30. Supposed delivery date at time if order was June 8th. I needed them for an event on June 12th which is of course long gone. Joke's on me- you get what you pay for. I will never fall for the "great deal" again. Just trying to get a refund at this point.

I bought these sneakers I asked for a size 8 which is what a wear in sneakers, heels and all kinds of shoes.

Well they sent me the sneakers 9 1/2 or 10. They are so big I can stick two fingers in the back heel area.

I have e-mailed the Easyfrot support several times and they will not send a smaller size or refund my money.
This is not good customer service and certainly no way to run a business.

I need a 7 1/2 or they should give me a refund.
