Easy jet holiday staying at Innside Melia Costa blanca in Benidorm at Levante beach.
Flights and transfers all good.
Easy jet crew were really helpful with people trying to swap seats on the plane. "Top tip book the seat you want to sit in as someone else will have done the same and you then can't expect them to move."
Hotel was excellent we had a partial sea view . Good standard of hotel, breakfast buffet very good lots of choice.
Hotel bar inexpensive.
Pool area fine not lots of loungers but we prefer the beach. €6 for a bed.
Old Town has great tapas bars with good atmosphere.

Lack of information at the airport.

We have just had one of the best holiday experiences with easyJet holidays .. everything went perfectly from leaving our house to arriving back at Luton .. the flight the communication all the way through the transfers hotel staff everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish .. thank you so much easyJet holidays won’t use anyone else

Easy jet both Gatwick and faro was great flights and Hotel Baltum was fantastic, top food, lovley staff, u r in town so can be a little noisy on balcony. For the price of this hotel and fantastic breakfast along with resturant Ricco was outstanding. Defo be back again. Thk u.

Easyjet communicate well before, during and after your holiday.
Their holiday descriptions are accurate and they have some amazing places to stay.
We stayed at the Baia Taormina Hotel in Sicily, it was absolutely amazing on every level.

Went to Copenhagen from Bristol for a 3 night break. Great service on both flights. Excellent hotel and location.

I cant fault Easyjet for quality of hotel or service, flights, food etc. Shame Bristol airport staff, for disabled and vulnerable passengers, doesn't reflect what Easyjet strive for. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday with a perfectly arranged accessible room close to all amenities. Brilliant private assisted transfers. I have three more hols booked via Easyjet over the next 18 months. Booking and check in very easy with good updates. Transfers were great. The hotel and staff were excellent with amazing selection of foods. Excellent holiday all round.

Every think went smoothly. Brilliant Hotel, Staff,food, room. Entertainment lacking not our thing.

A great holiday went smoothly from start to finish both outbound and inbound flights really good. Hotel Great. Benidorm was never on my radar but had to do to say I had been and had a fantastic holiday, thank you EasyJet

Could do with more variety of destinations but will survive with what i had to use.

Hotel well below expectations... easyJet fantastic company to book a holiday with. easyJet fulfilled all expectations seamlessly from start to finish. The hotel experience was far less than expected. Room uncomfortable.. no storage, strange man entering our room with key card given to him, very upsetting. Loud party next door through the night until 5.30am, with little assistance, not all food & drinks included in A.I package.

We’ve just come home from an Easyjet holiday and will 100% book another one soon. Everything went extremely smoothly, the booking process, the airport, the flights, transfers, checking in at the hotel. Completely stress free. Very happy customers.

The MUR Buenos Aires was comfortable, very clean with a great pool area and caffe / bar and all the staff were polite and helpful.

We are just back from Palma Nova after a 2 week stay the whole holiday was great from start to finish,We have used Easyjet Holidays many times and over the years it has got better and there prices are very competative somtimes by over £100 over the rival.Try them you won,t regret it.
