Never Disappointed

I'm a Facilities Coordinator for a couple of hospitals and I've never been disappointed! The keys I order are always correct and arrive quickly, and the site makes it easy to figure out what keys I need to order.

Boat Keys Order Perfect

On-Line process to order additional boat keys was easy and efficient. Order was shipped and received as indicated. Keys worked fine. Completely happy with entire experience.

It would have been 5 stars but they…

It would have been 5 stars but they messed up and sent me a wrong key (5 out of 6 were correct). They did, however, immediately send a replacement and made it right so I would definitely buy keys from them again.

Slow and questionable customer service

Accidentally ordered a 'Backordered' part, tried to immediately change order to a 'In-stock' part and they said not possible. Mass confusion on whether the part was actually 'Backordered' or not - website says BO, multiple shipping emails say both BO and shipping immediately, and CS say it is not BO and it is a 'system error'. Every time i talk to CS they say "In stock, shipping within 2 days". 8 days after order it finally ships. Product is OK but service is lacking.

Initially, the item you ordered was marked as backordered, and our standard process would have required a special order which could extend the lead time. However, we were fortunately able to build the lock package in-house at our facility, which allowed us to expedite processing and ship it sooner than expected.

I received my order

I received my order, 1 core was damaged, the core removal key and the master key were both copies that did not even go into the cores. They were custom ground down copies and I was expecting original keys at $10 each. Im still waiting on the replacement core & keys, I hope these work
