Hangul House has been a joyous experience as I try to learn Korean. The lessons are well done and have helped me get going with the characters, how they sound, how they change sound based on rules and lead into learning vocabulary, grammar and conversation. Our handsome instructor is great as he supplements with personalizing our education with short videos on whatever is stumping us. I really appreciate that they are building a community for us all to share our journey and help answer each other’s questions. A lot of care goes into creating this experience and making it as beneficial as possible. I have learned a lot in the short time that I have been a member.

Bite-sized videos make it easy to learn grammar and vocabulary whilst also giving reading and speaking practice. Each lesson is clear and well-presented with different courses to choose from depending on what you would like to focus on. There is also additional regular support for learners, giving opportunities to ask questions and put what you've learnt into practice.

I've just finished watching my first live video stream with Hangul House. I must say that Keehwan is very kind and patient - especially with people interrupting to ask questions which could have been asked at the end of the session. I think this is maybe the second live Zoom class that's been held so a bit of bedding in and people learning Zoom ettiquette is to be expected eg keep mute and click 'raise hand' icon if you want to ask a question. Putting that aside, it was an informative and useful lesson and I'm glad to read on the FB member group that these sessions will be held monthly.

I am a beginner learner. I was not sure what to expect but once in the webinar, I felt comfortable. Eager to start learning and be able in the future to have a conversation with my Korean neighbor.

The teachers make learning Korean fun! they are willing to work with you to help you learn.

Easy to follow, daily words and phrases, and wonderful workbooks to keep you accurate and speaking properly

Jason has been where we are and he knows how to teach. Lots of information but presented in a way that's not overwhelming. Great documentation.

Step by step guide at the beginners level creates a pleasant learning experience

I really appreciated the quick communication after course purchase. There is a LOT of great info available right at the start of the course - I have not gotten deep into the course but so far it is very well organized and intuitive.

They go over things that you'll actually use. I just started so I am excited to see how things go. I like that you download the book. I printed off what I wanted to.

I love the course so far - very well structured and easy to follow. Courses seem to be the perfect length in order to maintain your attention. I am curious to see my progress after finishing.

This "course" teaches words and phrases you will actually use and need to know. They also use the politeness forms most commonly used in everyday conversations.
