My beautiful tea cup with infuser arrived in perfect condition to Canada. It was very well packaged. I love the design, the size and the infuser of the cup. Very easy to clean too! I will certainly buy more!

The only downside was that I didn't know ahead of time which carrier would deliver and I couldn't choose my delivery method. It turned out to be FedEx and my experience with this carrier was not very good.

Great Products and Great Service
The website is well-organized so it was easy to find the product wich I was looking for.
The ordering process was fast and smooth.
The information about the prices and about the delivery cost was clear.
However the leadtime of the delivery was not shown.
Later on I got plenty of notifications via emails about the status of the order and about the approximate delivery date.
I was able to modify the delivery date to a later one which was more convenient for me.
The order arrived on the requested day.
The packaging was excellent so the fragile product arrived safely.
