The oven cleaner arrived outside the back door of our house wrapped in a polythene film and the package was obviously sticky and wet and when the wrapper was taken off, the the bottle opener was loose hence the leakage. This article should have been firmly wrapped in stiff cardboard, and the opener should have been firmly screwed shut. When I used the product it was not especially effective having lost a lot of its potency due to leakage caused at your end or misuse and lack of care and attention by the courier

Used this on my oven, which was very dirty. I found I had to use it 4 times, and it still didn't clean as well as another product I have used before, which was cheaper.I would use it on an oven that has been used a couple of times, as it would be better.I was disappointed, especially as it is quite expensive compared to other brands.
