I never received my order and time after time after time I made contact with them and I was told to track my order number which was not real. I would tell anyone when something sounds too good you better run cause it is No good!

I ordered from easylifexo. I ordered some tops on June 27th. It is now August 9th and still have not received them. Contacted them and was told they were delivered. To check my email about the delivery. I never received an email or my package. This company is a scam. I Will be calling my bank. DI NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Ordered shirts 7/1/26. Never received them. Email said they were delivered but they were not. Cancelled my credit card. and got a new one with different #. My credit card company gave me a credit for the purchase.

This is a scam offer. Ordered in July 3, 2026. As of today on package has been received. They said on 17track.com it was shipped and delivered but that’s a lie. Nothing as even been shipped little less than.delivered. I’m so angry at this kind of business. DI NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Scam company apparently. Should have read reviews before I ordered. Ordered on July 1 2026. Message said order on the way but have not seen it. Order #220992-1147813. Buyer be aware.

Put in an order on July 4 2026, said order had shipped but have not received order and cannot get a response from company, wish I had read the reviews before ordering, do not order from this company

I placed an order on June 30th received an email saying they would contact me again when the order was shipped .3 days after ordering from this company my debit account was blocked due to suspicious purchasing activities. I have canceled the card used for those purchases however the money spent on my purchase from this company on June 30th had cleared and I thought I would give it sometime to see if I received my order. As of today July 17th I have not received an updated email telling me the items have been shipped. I have sent an email requesting and update and have not heard back from them do not use this site when something seems too good to be true believe it's not don't be scammed

Suspected of passing on customers card details to linked companies who then trick elderly customers into "subscription traps" over the phone using confusing dialogue. My relative did receive the original item they ordered from Easylife, but the problems started immediately afterwards. They received a cold call and was confused with them discussing "offers and discount" my relative told them they were not interested, they did not consent to signing up, but we recently found £79.99 taken from their account by Lifestyle Offers for a "premier wellness" club, plus several other payments a month later.
On researching, we discovered this is something that is being officially investigated. Please do not risk buying from them, and if you have elderly relatives who shop here, check their bank statements immediately for Lifestyle Offers, and Premier Offers Direct transactions. They are targeting vulnerable people and it needs to stop.

This is a scam company donot order from these they are taking money from my parents bank account every month, they keep card details and make monthly debits without there knowledge, they prey on the elderly donot use this company- they should be closed down for fraud

Was surprised at all the negative reviews. Have ordered from this company for years, phoning and paying by credit card. They have always been nice, and efficient.
Products have always arrived in the time they said they would, and have received many helpful things, safely delivered to my door. However, I would never order anything without checking reviews first.

SCAM company - do not use. My elderly sister ordered an item through them. The company said they hadn’t received an order but had taken the money. After several phone calls and constantly being put on hold I got nowhere, they promised a refund that never materialised. I spoke with a ‘Steve’, ‘Simone’ and ‘Alex’.

Just rubbish the complete 5 setting grass sprinkler was! Cost $50 and the pressure is so low due to 3 heads on it. Complete waste of money. I should have red reviews first, and after reading them, I can't understand how this company is still able to trade! Keep away from them guys. Cheap and nasty with an expensive price tag.

Easylife Products are rubbish. I bought an Easy-read Glow-in-the-Dark Alarm clock. They sent me 2! They have glow in the numbers, however the hands of the clock do not glow in the dark, so all I can see at night are the numbers and I cannot see the time. What a dud! I also bought some bras Front Fastening that are so irritating to wear. Never again will I buy from this company!!

This company have been debiting my mums account every month since 2021. My mum is a vulnerable pensioner who had no idea this was being debited until I checked her bank statements with her. I have emailed and called them several times and they promise she will be refunded but it is still dragging on. They took a total of £1319.31 for subscriptions that she never requested and so far have only refunded £743.39 back to her since November last year. This company is a disgrace and I urge anyone who has experienced this to report them to the Financial Ombudsman (the name of which no members of staff or even know what an Ombudsman is, let alone who theirs is).

Absolute scammers. They called my elderly mother convincing her she needed vitamins. I returned them threatening legal action if they didn't refund her. I had to cancel her debit card as they repeatedly tried to take more money

Bought two torches from this company a few years ago,somehow became a member of some rewards club.I emailed several times cancelling this.Two years down the line some company calling themselves premier club has tried to take money from my account.(Thanks to my building society blocked it.) Don’t ever buy anything from easy life.You get the goods but they try to take money from your bank.Check Trustpilot for companies Easylife,The rewards club and premier club, or get in touch with your bank and ask them for advice on this company. How many people need to lose money before they are investigated.If you work for them you should be ashamed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Criminal scammers, nothing more. My mother bought some slippers from there and was "signed-up" unknowingly to their "Mindfulness Rewards Club" trial "membership". I cancelled this using the email address provided in the confirmation letter she received. They ignored the cancellation request and started to charge my mum's credit card. I'm in the process of getting those payments reversed but they claim that the email address THEY provided in a RECENT letter is old and incorrect. Interestingly the telephone number that the Credit Card company gave me is subtly different from the one on the letter (by one digit) - coincidence? I think not.... In my opinion the directors of this company should all be jailed and the keys lost (or maybe the keys to their cells should be old and out of date).
