They will always side with auction houses and have no control in any disputes between you and them.
The auction houses are normally good but once in a while you will be sold something in the photos/description and upon collecting it/receiving it you will understand you have been tricked.
Some auctions are naughty and use their distance to you as leverage and ask for extortioniate postage.
If you dont agree and not pay you will be marked as a non payer and this is where your profile is pretty much banned/useless against all the others. You wont be able to buy/bid freely.
This review of mine is from somebody who already spent over a £100k +

It is not Easy Live as such more CAPTCHA on EasyLive
It is not Easy Liveas such, it is CAPTCHA. On EasyLive, sometimes I have to fill in ten grids just to ask an auctioneer for a condition report. So now I often don't use EasyLive because it is so time consuming and irritating and I know other people have the same problem with CAPTCHA on EasyLive. They need to take this up with CAPTCHA but although they say they are intersted in feed back nothing changes.
CAPTCHA is not this onerous on other sites.

Easy to use. Reasonably priced and with the option to pay a small amount up front when you want to buy an expensive item. Very helpful when I was new to using auction platforms and needed advice.

I bought a lot of items with this…
I bought a lot of items with this auction site ........once i had an issue with one auction and they decided to block me when i was correct about not paying for a fake item and one damaged !
on top they allow themselfe to send reports to auctioneers , this is a complete defamation and this is not allow by law!
you are pathetic and i recommend people to dont use your services for sure !

An auctioneer reported the account for an unpaid successful bid and the information provided made no reference to counterfeit or damaged items. Any concerns about authenticity or condition should be raised with the auctioneer so they can be properly investigated, rather than simply leaving the invoice unpaid.
The account is not blocked and can still request approval from individual auctioneers.
Easy Live Auction did not circulate the separate report described in the review. We remain happy to investigate the matter fully once the reviewer completes the identity verification requested.
