Simple system to use. Online bidding responsive and timely. Much appreciate the favourites section.

Excellent but our sales are mainly absentee we would like to have a room again but it takes ages with easylive I just wish we knew 10 mins before the sale which lots easylive clients might be interested in if so we could skim through the ones where there was no interest

As my business hours clash with most auctions I was limited to leaving commission bids and crossing my fingers. "Easy" allows me to bid on equal terms with bidders in the room although I continue to leave commission bids as a backup for when a lot on my wish list comes up whilst I am interrupted.

I've been using Easy Live for the last couple of years. Never a problem unless your internet speed isn't good or goes altogether, then you miss out. But I like how it works, every thing is pretty transparent, you just have to remember it's only a tool that auction houses use. They still all have their own rules, commissions and policies on payment. It's a bit of a pain that some don't take credit cards, or MasterCard etc.

A simple process for registration. Once registered you can save a profile and receive notification of items of interest.

Easy Live Auctions allowed me to bid in real time in auctions that I could not attend in person. It did exactly what it promised to do and their were no hitches in the technology or the administration. Excellent.

I am the office manager and control everything with regards setting up the auction, dealing with all aspects of the auction and lastly invoices and payments. during my experience with easy live, all the team have been extremely helpful and professional at all times, they have guided me through some tough times when nothing appeared to go right (our end not theirs). they are a great team and an easy platform to run, from back office (selling) and customers (buyers) from reviews we have received.

I find easy live charges opaque. Difficult to zone in on the auctioneer I prefer. Otherwise ok
