Geo textile membrane packaging
Brought 2.25m x 50m of non woven geo textile membrane. I assumed it would have come on a roll making it easier to roll out in the area I was working on. However it came scrunched up in a ball which made it really awkward to work with. The product itself was great and a good price.

We’re sorry to hear you found it awkward to work with, but just to clarify for future customers: for custom cut lengths like this, we do explain clearly on the product page that the membrane is unrolled in our yard, cut to size, and then folded and re-packaged – it doesn’t come on a roll unless it’s a full 100m length.
Unfortunately, it simply isn’t feasible to supply shorter, custom lengths rolled due to how these products are manufactured and handled. We include this detail on the page to help manage expectations and avoid any surprises on delivery.
That said, we really do appreciate your order and hope the membrane performed well once in place. We're always happy to answer any product questions before ordering, so feel free to reach out any time.
