Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Supposed to get schedule a call to learn how this all works, 1st 7days trial went by no one was able to schedule a call, during that time still had questions that all couldn't get answered. Now on the 2nd 7day trial which is expiring soon, would be great to get some help from the tech team that seems to be too busy. Something must be wrong with either the system that too many people are needing that much help to not get any response back, or not enough staffing to help the needs of their customers. Poor management.

One of the Worst Automation Tools I Have Used

I have used many automation and repricing tools before, but this is by far the worst software I have ever used.

The system cannot update product prices reliably. It also fails to track inventory correctly. When you make an update, it only affects part of your inventory while the rest remains unchanged. Even if you try to fix it manually, the problem continues.

Because of these issues, managing inventory becomes extremely difficult and risky for a business.

The worst part is the customer support. The response time is extremely slow. Even the smallest request takes at least 24 hours to receive a reply. Instead of solving the problem, the support team often gives very generic answers that do not address the issue.

Overall, this software has serious reliability problems and very poor support.

Customer service has wasted my time…

Customer service has wasted my time countless times, and I've wasted time many times trying to get a discount. My store was deactivated; it was an automatic process, but when I didn't get a response for 6 days, it became a problem. Why are you making it so difficult for us to get a discount? What is your purpose? We can't talk to the managers. Managers, where are you? Why aren't you paying attention? Thanks to me, at least 5-6 people are using Easy. I've been using Easy for 8 months now, and they've been really annoying me lately. They take too long to help. What's your problem? Fix the injustice done to me immediately, or I'll change every review I've made about you.

They Started Scamming people now with…

They Started Scamming people now with additional hidden fees

I hope I was able to add screenshots here. It's over a week now, products did not uploaded, they have hidden fees, they charge over 40% higher fee in the name of paddle and stripe taxes, it's their new scam.

In first place their Stripe will decline the card, and after that you have to wait for over a week to update that to paddle, and it will charge 40% fee

Recent Scam loaded $180 they charged $30 fee, only $150 showed on my balance in easync. this shocking

they had $159.99 for 10k listings plan, but when you try to pay, in first place their system keep declining my cards, they even stole my card details as well, after that it took me to stripe checkout page, I tried to pay $159.99, but it appeared $180 new payment, I paid that and only loaded $150.78

and they never answer why they scam like this

it's worst experienced ever

On top of that, their system is not upload products, I have added some listings in draft over a week now, and it's not loaded, and they are scamming like this

To be honest when I started doing drop shipping it was difficult to get an app that could sync my store with products easily. but easy sync made it very easy for me. its easy to understand and very user friendly.

easync dont import many listings that are in stock on amazon with the next day delivery

shows listing out of stock when i import while listing is in stock on Amazon

If listing package limit exceed then it freeze the whole easync sabotaging the whole work for upto 1 days. that is very very bad feature of this if i compare it with AutoDS. AutoDS just stop uploading listing when limit exceed but easync freeze whole account can even place orders. That mad us suffer 1 day whole day was lost.

DO NOT USE EASYNC !!!
This is an absolute rip off and will ruin your business. I’ve had personal experience so I know. There are so many things I could say about this company it would take hrs I’ll try to shorten it.
1) When you list from Amazon price say £6 to drafts, the price will be incorrect and show up as sometimes double £12.
2) You try to find out problem it takes days for them to get back to you with same message “ waiting for tech team”
3) 3x in 2 months had this message “ Having problems with orders over £20 “ so you can’t use FBE for items over that, ridiculous!
4) Had good selling item with lots of orders, and they just stopped it saying they were having problems, I had to cancel 12 orders.
5) They refuse to order items using FBE from Amazon that are liquid or spray etc so cancel order, but the point is they’re ordering it from Amazon who are selling it, and also shipping it, ie they cancelled roll on deodorant!!!
This company nearly ruined my business, with their late updates sometimes over a week, and then would be told order cancelled. There are lots more things I could list , on and on complete rubbish. And before you get back with your generic response saying “ please get in touch”don’t it will probably take you weeks to get back to me. So please do not use easync it will ruin your business !!!!

Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE RECENTLY
THEY keep lying about the service, They keep wasting time by providing different wrong answer, first of all, you have to wait over 24 hours to get single response with wrong details, their whole system was not working, products were not fetching, not updating on eBay, tracking was not updating, and for over 24 hours, when I added ASINs into easync, they it keeps loading forever and did not pick products details from source

Upon reaching out to customer support, after few hours, they send me the wrong answer, instead of mentioning that the system is not working, he pick wrong picture from any other easync account and sent me that, even though that problem was not even exist. so It totally wasted my time, and it's very disappointing that they lie about these issues

Great Tool for Streamlining eBay Store Management with Room for Improvement

I’ve been using Easync for a while to manage my eBay store, and overall, it has been a great tool for streamlining my workflow. The interface is user-friendly and allows me to manage my listings, pricing, and inventory efficiently. One of the features I really appreciate is the ability to automate my inventory updates, which helps prevent out-of-stock issues and reduces the time spent manually updating listings.

That being said, I do think there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of customer support. Sometimes, response times can be slow, and it would be great to have more in-depth troubleshooting guides available within the platform.

In terms of results, using Easync has definitely improved my store's efficiency, allowing me to focus more on scaling my business rather than dealing with repetitive tasks. It has been a positive addition to my eBay selling operations, and I’m looking forward to seeing even more features rolled out in the future.

Warning It has caused me very serious…

Warning It has caused me very serious concerns for Tracking Updates, They claim that the trackings are updated within 24 hours of package delivery on Amazon but on lot of orders, the trackings were not updated even over a month, means my eBay customers opened the cases on eBay, they got refund by eBay and the defect was add on my eBay account, I got below standard, I also lost money on those cases because those orders were high value orders.

Upon reaching out to easync customer support, they told that the technical team will check, but it will not solve any problem because eBay already refunded, after a month they updated the tracking but that does not worth, cause eBay already funded and I also appealed to eBay and they did not granted that appeal, they told me to deliver order on time next time.

I lost money, caused the eBay account into below stand, and easync did not take any responsibility of anything, they told me that they cannot do any help in this situation
