The worst customer service experience ever by Niamh - These people are scammers.

I Was sent a panel which was discoloured compared to the other two, and misaligned near the end of the board - despite this I was refused a refund despite the fact I informed them of this via phone call - their excuse was the pictures were sent outside of their 14-day refund period, even though I had spoken to them about this issue on the 23rd or 24th of April and they were aware of it!

I was also not informed on the phone call that I only apparently had a number of days to send a picture across!! - this is a pathetic excuse and I’ve never come across such low levels of CS and a complete lack of empathy or responsibility. They were aware of my issue within the refund period.

I’ve never had a company not refund me for a faulty/broken etc etc. goods in MY LIFE. Or say I cannot receive a refund even though I had made them aware of an issue.

I will taking this further onto director level and trading standards.

I have used Easy panels a few times now and will defiantly continue to do so as they are very prompt with deliveries and very helpful over the phone. Competitive pricing and pleased with the quality of the panels.

I just turned up unannounced at the showroom this morning to buy wall panels; they simply could not be more friendly or helpful, even showed me how to get the panels into the car after i was convinced they wouldn't go in, oh and the panels are superb!

Products took a while to arrive, but other than that they were exactly as described on the website.

I am very happy with the product.

The Service right from ordering, which was earlier than quoted which was perfect, through to delivery, the delivery driver was amazing and customer service was impeccable, and the quality of the products have a beautiful finish to them, better than any other products I researched prior to finding easy panels.
100% and more for all round service, this company has really hit the nail on the head with every aspect, would definitely use easy panels again and will definitely be recommending to others interested in the same kind of products. 💯💯💯

Fast delivery of items and easy to install

We used panel in downstairs toilet, at the sink on the main wall, is looks amazing

I like the panels, unfortunately they came straight away and I didn't have anywhere to store them flat until I was ready to use them. The ones that I used almost full length fitted tight at the ends but had a slight gap in the the middle, a very small gap but noticeable. But as I say i like them.

I don’t like the fact that they are not allowed to tell you that your address affects the delivery routes and you may have to wait longer for your merchandise than the 2 to 5 days specified.
