I have used Easy Panels before on a bathroom and was quite happy to use them again for an en suite bathroom I have just installed. The product is easy to use and caused no problems that weren't there before. The panel I used were white with a sparkle element which colours up beautifully in the light. I am very please with the results.

We placed an order on Friday to collect Saturday. The order confirmation stated to ring them if collecting on a Saturday to confirm. The telephone number they stated is out of service and the main telephone number is closed until Monday. AI bot cannot help (useless interaction). They are not local to us so a trip on the off chance they are ready is not really an option.

Delivery and quality were great. But the panels dont match which is fine if your just doing a shower area. I had a run of 3 panels and they dont look great. I did ring for advice but was just told that they dont match. No alternative was suggested. I have to say I would not have purchased them if I had been made aware.

The company were quick to send the pannels and the delivery guy was lovely!

We used these panels all around our bathroom and were initially really pleased with them. 2 - 3 years on however, and the panels have begun to flake a peel. In multiple areas. Wherever the panels are in direct sunlight. EasyPanels blame us. Saying that we have used abrasive cleaning methods and harsh chemicals. Which is not the case. Very unhappy!!!!!
I am now advised that I should not have installed the panels where there is UV light, direct or INDIRECT sunlight.
