Very disappointed with product quality, and specialy customer service ,
Is a SCUM.
First of all
Those who looking for pvc panels specialy white, avoid avoid avoid,
Whote super matt from easy panel, as long you tuched, marks are left FOREVER, nothing wil help, even pvc cleaner, white spirit NOTHING.

Very desapointed.
Delivery is a joke, they will charhe you 25& for 1 singe panel , will deliver ? And if you don t open the door , or you are mot at homme, or you simple didn t hear the bell , they will NOT LIVE THE PRODUCT, and will charge you 25£ for refelivery
I payd 3 times.
Better buy from biger company's like Walz and panels , wich care about theyr customers.

1st class, well priced and swift delivery. Items were packaged well and delivered with care. I would buy from this company again.

Product is not bad,
Service not sure, delivered to a wrong address. Also there was no address on the package. I am assuming the driver had the address on the paperwork. Luckily the worker where it was delivered asked me about the delivery and I checked and picked it up. After three days.

Poor after sales service
Will not be using you again

Delivery was on time and driver Adam was polite and not just in a rush to drop goods off and run but actually gave sound advice on what to do with space above panels where they didn't meet the ceiling too.

Not yet installed as decorating still but may post pics when done

Simply, in my experience of dealing with Easy Panels, the service offered has been “second to none.” From the time an order is placed, being informed of the delivery day, with a time slot, all has been consistent, as all has been adhered to. When my customers ask for advice regarding the “re-vamp” of their bathrooms/cloakrooms,I suggest they look at the Easy Panels options, amongst others they may consider- I’m pleased they take note of my suggestion, as I’m the one who fits them, who knows the product, and they’re content with their expenditure, compared with similar options and their respective costs.

Bought oak acoustic panels
Way cheaper than big name DIY chain
Slowish delivery BUT they were delivered by the company themselves so no damaged panels which is a problem from some other suppliers who use couriers. Panels were of a very high quality, easy to install and most importantly look amazing. Will definitely be back for more in the future !!!!

Ordered panels for our new bathroom whilst on sale. Now all fully installed looks absolutely fantastic cant fault the company from ordering to delivery. No problem at all

Very pleased with the standard of the panels as they are very high quality.(oak)
Installed they look excellent especially with the LED lighting.
It was also worth purchasing the matching end cap to finish it off.

Delivery was on time and driver polite and helpful. However the packaging on one of the panels was badly damaged and the panel inside was also damaged. I took photos to show customer service but they also wanted pictures of the damaged panel without packaging. I was told the damage was such that the panel could still be used. However when I pointed out to customer service that I was not happy to pay full price for what was basically a damaged article customer service were extremely unhelpful almost to the point of being quite rude. I was constantly fobbed off, answers to my emails were delayed as were responses to my telephone calls. Eventually I was told I could either return the panel or they would refund me a percentage of the cost of the panel. The panel in question by this point was out of stock so I could not return it and so accepted their offer of a percentage refund. Despite their promise to do this it has never arrived ......
It is such a shame that I have to write a negative review about the customer service I received as to be honest the panels themselves ( besides the damaged one) were really nice.

Thank you for your response but the point I was making was that despite me accepting the goodwill gesture you offered you have never actually refunded me anything!!!
