Very frustrated and disappointed

Very frustrated and disappointed with their service nowadays to compared back 2021 which is very smooth and systematic. Waiting for 2days no collection and no notification given at all. Seriously is ridiculous. Until I need to take action by myself to drop off at their store on day 3 (without inform) but still no sign collection on that day. Can u imagine.

WORST COURIER SERVICE!!

It is asking to you to have an online wallet, said that they will collect my parcel 01 September but it is already 6 September and still not collected my parcel. Then they ask you to cancel the transaction, but the payment is not credited in my wallet, MYR120 GONE plus the balance in my wallet!

Horrendous fraudulent process

Order to ship dry food item to Taiwan. There's drop down indicating that there is dry food selection.
Selected it, made top up payment (with gst just for "top up" as they don't allow instant payment) and made the order.
They arranged someone to pick up the next day.
2 weeks later there is no news about my parcel shipment when it supposed to be done within 10 days. Checked with the customer service rep and was told that I can't send dry food, threatening me to pay $9 in the same day to get my item delivered back or they will dispose the item and with a charge to my account still.
Clause pushes to refer to Taiwan custom, which Taiwan custom website allows such shipment but this company insist not allowing and going against their own clause. Eventually item was delivered by shipping company and this company seemed clueless until I told them.
I thought whole sage ended but 1 week later, received an email saying that my parcel was 8.5kg instead of 5kg that I stated (in actual it was 4.8kg).
They asked me to provide the proof of weight after more than 1 month of my initial order and after item received and consumed by my friend. Why not the shipper themselves provide the proof?
And as I have "topped up" before, they saved my card details and indicate that they will charge on my card even if I refuse to make payment to such fraudulent claim.
All in all, worst service I've ever encountered in my life!

While the selection of dry food is allowed under categories in our website, kindly be informed that it only applies for selected couriers / countries only. Hence, you are suggested to check with our customer service agent via Live Chat or Contact Us Form before proceeding with any delivery.

Regarding the weight discrepancy issue, we regret this incident very much. We hope that you understand that the weight discrepancy issue has been charged by the courier end instead of EasyParcel end.

For your information, based on our Terms and Conditions 4.0 International Shipments, shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight and any Shipment may be re-weighed and re-measured by related courier to confirm on the calculation. Once the courier finds out that the parcel weight is incorrectly declared, they will bill EasyParcel on the correct parcel weight and EasyParcel will bill our User accordingly.

You Should Definitely Give It A Try

Easy Parcel is really convenient to me! I can compare prices among other couriers. It saves my time as I can arrange pickup services rather than travel to the post office. I also receive fast responses from their customer service every time! Definitely recommended!
