Disgusting hospital parking

The GPS on the app does not work properly so the correct area shows up underneath many other options. It is easy to choose «wrong» and end up paying for parking and still get a ticket. This is also at the hospital parking, where people most likely are very stressed as well. It is disgusting and greedy to operate in this manner.

USERS BEWARE, Absolutely furious with Easy Park

Absolutely furious with Easy Park. Using a hire car in Norway. I had the app with car hire number added. At an EP car park in Voss, I knew a parking fee was due but, neither the app or the machine in the car park recognised the reg number of the vehicle. I checked this repeatedly for over a week until we returned our car. Nothing showing to pay. Over a week after returning home and the car hire company has just passed on a 60NOK parking fee together with a handling charge of £30. Thanks Easy Park for your poor system. Crooks the lot of you.

Billed for nothing

Billed for nothing. We tried to charge our car at the hotel, on an Easypark station. Everything looked fine and we let the car charging during the night.
But in the morning, our car was not charged at all. When looking at the application, we could see that 0kw/h was transfered. And we thought that the charger was disfunctionning. So be it.
But what a surprise to see a bill coming for 50€! Easypark charged us 50€ for a charging bill with 0Kw/h ! And when trying to get a refund, we have been told that it was not Easypark responsability but the provider's one !
And it took about 3 months to get this kind of feedback...
I deeply encourage you to look for another parking/charging company, since there is no way to claim if any issue.

SCAM - Watch Out!

They charged us for another car! And their support only tell us to get in touch with the owner of the car and claim directly.
Its a SCAM, stay away from this App.
