Wow! I've never seen such app like this. The best ever.

EasyPark is charging me for a wrong code in Italy when I am in norway!?

rather than for them to update their database!?.. whats the point to use location!? Since when is my easypark user open for other countries without me knowing!?

Why on earth do i have to double check codes that are not mine and why is open to so far away locations!?

Im deleting this useless app... i prefer from now on use the normal parking.

Very unhappy they want to take advantage of an error on their database in norway...

I have been charged parking at a place I have never been and for a car I do not know. When checking the car in public records it is shown that the car was demolised 6 years ago. The car does not exist. After nearly 2 months Easypark have not admitted any wrong doing and I have not seen any refund yet. I have not been given any explaination how this can occur.

There is a quirk in the EasyPark system that causes their system to create a double charge the first time you use them. We were in Tromso, Norway and the only parking near the Polar Museum was operated by EasyPark. We pulled into the lot and downloaded the app. We then started the online meter for our parking. We also used it that same day when we parked at Polaris, the aquarium in Tromso. EasyPark charged our credit card for both parking activations. After we got home Hertz then attempted to charge us for the same parking; I showed them that I had already paid but they said EasyPark would not reimburse them for their charge. I contacted EasyPark and this is what they said:

The space in the license plate has no meaning and does not affect the parking registration as the camera systems/controllers also do not register them.
From what I can see here, you have been read in on camera at Pellerinbryggene where you actually were, and then you've gone ahead and manually started a parking in a place you weren't. Had you had camera parking enabled in your own app, it would not have been read in on hertz's account, but your own. It is your own responsibility to make sure your parkings are started at the correct place, as the system will not know it outside of cameras.
I am sorry we cannot help you with this.

To translate Patrick's response: we can double charge you because before you activated the parking on the app our camera registered your license plate. That is correct, I pulled into the parking lot, downloaded the app, and started the parking BUT because I had not registered the license plate before entering the lot, they went ahead and charged Hertz as the car belonged to them.

The worst parking company I have experienced.

I got this from their underpaid customer support after having waited for 16 days!

four times Easy park have charged me for other peoples parking. three times their ridiculous system registered my licence plate and once it was for a motorcycle is sold two years prior and had removed the motorcycle from my easy park app. this company should be shut down!

Difficult to use and I ended up getting a invoice with added invoice charge. Not possible to sort this with their customer service either.

This is probably one of the worst app's i have yet used for parking, what happend to good old fashioned parking where you just type your license plate, place a small ticket on your windshield and tada finished. I'd rather have that stuff compared to this garbage app. Used it twice, never worked to the point where i got a fine even though i paid for my parking.

Don't even bother using this.

The app refused to find the parkinglot by GPS. When I entered the code for the parkinglot in the app, it chose the wrong country. I got a fine. IT support at Easypark was straight up rude.

This app its poor. And whats more they cooperate with morons such aimopark which makes hell for customers like me.simple error and you end up paying for bs. No one there uses common sense

The consumer authority will recieve a complaint from me as you don't reply my emails or phone calls.

There is isome time I have used this app, until... I just noticed that, every day, without using the app, there was payments going on. No car, no Parking, but still mo ey has gone. Every day 50 kr here, 116 kr there... Wait a minute! I had to cancel the debit card. Still Parking are going on. I hâd unninstalled the app. Now Easy park is aking for money! What I should do?! There is no contact to complain about stilling money. I will contact the Police.

do whatever you can not to park at easy park. they don't care about you or your car. they just want your money. i received a ticket without them putting it on my car now they are saying i owe them $200 for 30mins of parking. I'm in the travel industry here in BC and i have no income for 2020. they do not care. they still want me to pay all of it. i tried to settle with $90 but they don't care i won't be eating for a couple days if i pay it. thank you easy park for letting me go hungry and not caring about anyone's situation. you are a terrible company and i will do whatever i can not to use your parking stalls.

Payd for parking but got fine from Timepark. Even the app shows I can park where I parked and it is OK by the app to park... still got fine. This is becoming bad solution and poorly updated !!! I will go for another solution.

No option to book ahead & you don’t realise this until too late & when you’ve automatically paid for the ticket & no refunds or credit given.

Did use the app, stil got a parking ticket (inside the time it was paid for).
