It was easy to select the desired tour, provide the required information and make the payment. The only problem that I experienced was that I did not receive the confirmation of the tour. When I called by phone, the person that answered had all the information and noted that the confirmation may have been sent to the junk mail (spam). That was exactly what happened. If anything could be done to prevent the confirmation to go directly to the junk mail it would be helpful. The Easy Pass Tours appear to be well organized.

This trip to Paris was supposed to be a special gift for a precious granddaughter. It seemed inconceivable to me that I had waited too long to reserve an Eiffel Tower experience. I tried booking tickets 3 months early! When I heard about Fat Tire Tours I didn't hold much hope. I was wrong! Ashley said it would be just fine to view it from below, but this is surely like tying up the Paris trip with a big, red bow. We need more "big, red bows" in life, don't we? While negotiating the site, I learned not only which times were available, but the number of openings in each time slot. Not everyone does that. The confirmation came swiftly and I felt reassured. It might be wise to alert people that the confirmation could show up in their spam file. Thank-you for this opportunity. We are so excited to begin our trip.

We couldn't get tickets direct so i ended up booking with Easy Pass, which is more expensive but worth every penny. We did the 2 hour skip the line Eiffel Tower Tour. Christine looked after us all really well including the small children in the group for 2 hours, she was imformative, interesting and funny. I would highly recommend this company as the other guides we met seemed really nice too. They are easy to find and deal with.

We visited the Eiffel Tower in Paris with the Walking Miss the Line Tour. Ellen gave us a review of the history of the tower and then walked us through the line to the elevators up to the second floor. Then Ellen gave us a tour of all four sides of the tower and Paris, the city below. Loverly. I would highly recommend this tour.

Easy pass tour website is comprehensive, logical and easy to use.

I know that these are going to be great tours; however, the website is a bit complicated to navigate. Fat Tire, Easy Pass and Classic Walks are all the same company, but it is not easy to access all of them once you move to a specific company, because you can not get from Skip the Lines to Fat Tire without exiting and re-googling. Other than that, they look great.

Efficient and easy to use

I was recently in Paris and took a "Skip the line" tour of Versailles. The tour staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. We were a small group which is the way I wanted it. I would certainly take advantage of your tours again when the opportunity arises.

My tour guide was Sonia and she was full of knowledge and communication was very good She was funny and entertaining. Thanks Sonia for the tour.

Jess was welcoming and friendly and to our surprise was able to remember all our names and home countries after just one introduction. Her tour was at a manageable pace for all with frequent photo opportunities built in. Jess obviously had a very sound background knowledge of her subject and imparted it in an interesting manner. Her sense of humour made the morning fun as well as informative.

Anne made the best of horrible weather. She was entertaining an informative. The line skip was huge - especially in the rain. We had a great time. The only thing that would improve on it would have been a skip - pass to the top - the line was a bit long. I assume it would take a bit of negotiations to get the Tower to agree to that.

Richard our tour guide was very informative and funny. Learned a lots of stuff.

This was the first time buying a tour online, I am from Vancouver Canada, I got very quick answers to my questions. Very good first impression.

after days in Paris we almost did not do the tour we also had another tour scheduled so we thought we could miss it but we ended up doing this one and another from another company. each tour was helpful and fun

I have booked before with this company. Felt confident booking again. Asked an extra question when booking and received a response quickly. Enjoyed my interaction with Louis, made me feel like one of the family. Cannot wait to meet him and am looking for other excursions that I might book with you guys.

First time I used this and found the process easy to follow!

I chose Easy Pass Tours to book tickets for the Eiffel Tower . I chose them as I liked their ethos and mission statement on their website. I had booked afternoon tickets for my 13 year old daughter as her birthday present and wanted to change them to an evening tour. I contacted Easy Pass by email and they responded really quickly ( considering the time change between Paris and Canada , and they would have been in bed when I sent my message ! ) They exchanged the times on the tickets with absolutely no problem, no " rebooking fee " (unlike Harry Potter Studios who apparently charge ten pounds per ticket just for changing the time in their system ! ) . Their website is very clear and easy to navigate . Great experience !

We did the Easy Pass Eiffel Tower Tour with Anne and she was entertaining from the get go. The booking process was easy and it was easy to find the meet-up point (if you have a map!). Anne started the tour from the meet-up point with a short introduction and then we walked to a spot with a great view of the tower. From there it was straight on to the tower. At the second level, Anne gave us information and stories from each section of the tower based on what we could see. What made the tour good was that Anne was a good story-teller so you didn't feel bored. I would like to make one suggestion though - it would be great to have headsets as it was sometimes hard to hear her as there were so many tourist around and it was pretty noisy. All in, great tour and I would do more tours with Easy Pass!
