I was very impressed at how easy the process was. Mobility Giant really listened, took on my concerns, answered all my questions and explained the whole process, they were extremely helpful, friendly, supportive and very professional. They kept me informed from the beginning right through to delivery. The gentleman that delivered the scooter went through everything with me from how to turn it on to dismantling in order to get into the car. I can't rate this company highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services to anyone. Thank you very much and I'm going to enjoy my new found freedom.

The service from the company was good .the scooter was explained by the delivery driver but when my husband went to try it out round the car park the driver was gone and I think was not good

Hi I had my scooter delivered on the day and time they said. The man who delivered it was very polite and showed me how everything works and what to do if I needed to get in touch with them. But I have one problem I can’t get the tiller to work. He did show me but I can’t do it, is there anyway you could help me out with it please

Stress free .quick and easy . My scootee arrived on time and explained to me . Was nervous going with a rental at firat but these guya are amazing. Back to my independence and fresh air. Thank you guys
