Booking process and response time
Booking process and response time was great however still awaiting final confirmation as it seems there is a risk of double booking which could mean cancellation of our planned holiday....

Good service and all queries answered
Company dealt with a number of emails as we were trying to organise flights. We weren’t pressured and every query was answered. The phone response was very good too.
