We are truly sorry you felt disoriented. This should not have happened as we commit ourselves in making the whole booking experience as straightforward as possible.
Nowadays in the vacation rental business it's common practice for the property owners to delegate the publishing and advertising of their properties to third party companies that maximize their visibility aiming to reach a larger number of potential guests that they could possibly reach just by themselves.
All this allows the property owners to focus only on the property itself and the renters that book the accommodation trying to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
How the renters find the property is not necessarily important to the owner. The important thing is that the renter has a great experience from the booking process to the check-in all the way through the stay until the check-out.
This is why we always recommend our guests to contact us directly for any question or doubt related to their booking, even during their stay.
Once again we are truly sorry you felt disoriented.

Remarkable Service
The Customer Service people at Easy Reserve were remarkable!!! They were extremely patient as we tried many times (10 days) to secure the Villa we selected, with our credit cards. Our bank and credit card company, in their commitment to protect us from Fraud, would not approve the transaction after many attempts over many days. We ultimately had to use Paypal for payment. I would use Easy Reserve again however I now know that Paypal is the source of payment that I must use.
