I had a refund without questions asked. It's rare these days, so it deserves a five star review.

I am now an Easyringer customer for over half a year, and am super happy with their technical support. I use their SIP service with a Fritz!Box 4060 modem and the Fritz!Phone C6, and recently had a problem calling an Asian country. They worked with me until everything was resolved, and it works perfect now. A shoutout to Brian for his competency and use of second line support when needed. I'll be a long term customer.

I Set up an online number, a little bit of back and forth to get it setup, but very helpful team and all working well.

Great timely assistance from their support

Been using this service for few weeks now and I can say that while there are some issues, it still worth it because their support service is always there to help and would not stop until the issue is fixed. Thanks, EasyRinger!

Subscribed, realised it wasn't for me, requested a refund, issued promptly. Thanks for being honest and trustworthy. Appreciate it.

I bought a phone number then asked a refund only in one message and received it within a few hours.

The website is trustworthy. I bought subscription to use the number with Instagram. However, support team told me it doesn’t always work with such services. In the end I ask to cancel my subscription and was fully refunded straight away.

Worked OK to start with. Then I noticed that I cannot send text messages from the number on the dashboard and family friends and work text messages are not forwarded to me. I've also just noticed calls are not being forwarded.

Customer service was not good, lots of days between replies and fundamentally didn't sort the problem. I have cancelled the subscription, it will run until Feb but isn't much use as calls and texts are not forwarded.

Fundamentally it doesn't give you what you pay for and the back end support is slow and not helpful.

As an update I have been asking to Port the number to another provider - Easyringer have ignored all requests over several weeks. If you think you will need to take a number with you that you have invested, Easyringer is unlikely to be a service that will suit you and your needs.

Had an issue with accessing my account after my email could not be found in the system. Brian from support has been amazing in solving my case and got me back into the system quickly and with no hiccups.

The platform is straightforward and easy to use, but it would be great if you offered unlimited calling plans. That said, the customer service is impressive—big shoutout to Brian for resolving my issue quickly and efficiently!

It's pretty easy to setup in general, does the job and affordable too. The interface is very basic, could be much better and also doesn't have an app, but overall it's a good service. Customer support also works great. Had a technical issue which Brian helped me fix it.

I had a problem understanding how to set up my voicemail. Bryan and his team were invaluable and resolved the issue quickly. I am enjoying using the service.

Scam. Doesn't receive a number and reporting to authorities now.

P.s. they updated it and gave me a number after verifying still can't use the number.

Second update -: You can't use it as a normal number most of services are blocked.
